Weary knuckle-dragging, contemporary lo-fi psych from MIDNIGHT MINES, the second of four recent singles from I Dischi Del Barone, who brought us that Falgar I Bur 7" last week - which, rightly so, sold out before you could say "I wish those lazy cunts at Low Company would upload some audio clips now and again". At points this one feels like you are stranded in a swamp, playing you're LOWLIFE record at the wrong speed, heavy floor-toms wading through a quicksand of delayed guitar + vocals, inevitably drowning in a thick SLUDGE akin to the likes of The Phantom Payn or THAT Nigel Lewis record, "What I Feel Now". GOOD STUFF.
